Common Questions
STEP ONE
Count the total amount of steps and measure the length on your existing staircase. This will allow you to calculate how many boards you’ll need to bring us for fabrication. If your board width is more than 7.5″, then about 1 board will be needed to fabricate each nosing. However, if your board width is less than 7.5″, 1.5 – 2 boards will be needed per nosing. Two additional boards on top of the whole order will be required for machine set-up.
STEP TWO
After you’ve completed your measurements and calculations, bring the material to our location in Tukwila so we can begin fabricating your order. Standard turnaround time is about 7 to 10 business days, but a rush order will be ready for pickup in 1 to 4 business days for an additional fee.
STEP THREE
Now the fun part begins! Our professional woodworkers will begin fabricating your order. We are industry leaders in custom stair noses and are well known for quality work. We guarantee perfect color match and lifetime durability.
STEP FOUR
Once your order is complete, we will contact you and let you know it’s ready for pick up. If you’re in the Puget Sound area we are proud to offer affordable local delivery for any size order.
